You can even get involved in volunteering for your SU itself to help yourself and the student community: This is a great way to meet new people and help in the running of important events within your union as well as outside. There are plenty of opportunities to become actively involved within the SU... inputting to such things as: Events Committees - Campaigns - Ball Committees - RAG (Raise and Give) - All these groups look for reliable volunteers to help in the operation of the entertainment, campaigns, balls and RAG that the SU operates throughout the year. There are plenty of benefits and rewards to be gained from involvement in these voluntary schemes so look out for these stalls at Freshers Fayre on 27th September!
